World Health Day is a global health awareness day celebrated every year on 7 April, under the sponsorship of the World Health Organization, as well as other related organizations.

A period of raising vital awareness and funds to improve early detection of the disease as well as showing support for people affected by liver cancer and remember loved ones.

The World Cancer Day 2023 was marked in Ekiti State with a couple of activity. There was an outreach to the Federal Science and Technical College Usi-Ekiti.
